Your senses are too slow to perceive the intervals between pulses of matter, but your instruments may detect these intervals at some point in the future.
你的感官太慢,无法感知物质脉冲之间的间隔,但你的仪器可能在未来某个时候发现这个间隔。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Quantify the claim as an additional periodic modulation of electron density or coupling strength, parameterized by period τ, duty cycle D, modulation amplitude A, and coherence time. Use attosecond transient absorption or streaking spectroscopy in two types of atoms and one solid, randomizing pump–probe delays, scanning the pump frequency, and including a no-pump condition. Accumulate 10^6–10^8 laser shots over 20–50 independent measurement days within 2–3 years. Test for a common frequency, sidebands, or additional decoherence that does not vary with laser frequency or material energy levels. Constrain the testable range of τ using the actual instrument response and report exclusion curves for A(τ).
Suggested paper title
Attosecond Constraints on Universal Periodic Modulation of Electronic Dynamics
What it would overturn
Detection of universal discrete stepping that cannot be explained by continuous-time Hamiltonian evolution would revise the assumption that low-energy quantum theory describes matter dynamics using continuous-time evolution.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
The original text specifies neither a period, a modulation amplitude, nor material dependence. “Instruments may detect it in the future” specifies no failure conditions and therefore cannot predict what attosecond experiments should observe.
Note
Attosecond pulses are artificially generated probes, not pulses of the existence of matter. The Planck time is approximately 5.4 × 10^-44 seconds, about 25 orders of magnitude shorter than 1 attosecond. Existing attosecond experiments cannot directly test arbitrarily small discrete time steps.
