Approximately 240 participants randomly assigned to four groups: alternating focus training, ordinary relaxation, expectancy-matched suggestion, and active attention training; training for 4 weeks, follow-up 4 weeks. Pre/post-test use perceptual tasks where prior probability and sensory noise can be independently manipulated, plus Stroop task; use computational models to distinguish changes in prior weight, sensory precision, and reporting criteria.
