Seth suggests the 'first inner sense' exercise: gaze at an object and imagine its back side, to cultivate inner perception.

赛斯建议进行“第一内感”练习:注视物体并想象其背面,以培养内在感知。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Approximately 240 people are randomly assigned to training in imagining the back of objects, ordinary mental rotation, or detail observation, for 6 weeks with a 4-week follow-up, project duration approximately 12 months; the front of objects is identical, and the back uses independently randomly generated, never-shown four-choice patterns, strictly preventing reflections and experimenter cues. Measure imagery vividness, standard mental rotation transfer, and accuracy on hidden pattern recognition; the latter is the pre-registered primary endpoint for anomalous information acquisition, with answers locked before feedback.
Suggested paper title
Hidden-Surface Visualization Training: Effects on Mental Imagery, Spatial Transfer, and Blinded Target Identification
What it would overturn
If only imagination or spatial ability improves, mainstream hypotheses are not overturned; if hidden random patterns are reliably identified despite being uninferable, this would revise the hypothesis that 'imagery content arises from existing information and inference.'

Specificity of Seth's formulation
The exercise steps can be replicated, but 'inner perception' is not specified in terms of outcomes; only by explicitly predicting improved recognition of hidden random details can it be distinguished from ordinary imagery training.
Note
A methodological suggestion is not itself a factual proposition; here we evaluate its effectiveness, and must avoid substituting 'imagining more clearly' for 'knowing unknown information.'
