Approximately 1000–2000 people across 5 laboratories, each with 2 sessions of about 60 blocks each, randomly instructed to expect 0, expect 1, or remain neutral; isolated hardware REG continuously recorded, with server pre-locking targets, time windows, and output mappings, including synchronized unattended devices and offline playback controls. Operators and analysts blinded, participants blind to real device and mapping; temperature, power, and electromagnetic environment recorded, analyzed both by participant and device strata, project duration 12–18 months. If stable effects emerge, distance and electromagnetic shielding manipulations are used to test whether effects are truly mediated by electromagnetic coupling.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
'Electrical reality' lacks field strength, frequency, distance relationships, or coupling equations; 'ensuring event existence' is stronger than statistical deviation but also less falsifiable because realization time and manner are unspecified.

Supplemental question 2 can serve as a constrained proxy test; participants cannot be blinded to their own expectation direction, so the blinding objects must be clearly specified, and even if REG anomalies hold, they do not automatically prove an electrical mechanism or that all future events are created by expectation.
