First, limit 'consciousness creates form' to intentional manipulations with an independent indicator of consciousness altering a pre-specified morphological endpoint; about 200 participants perform intention tasks on about 2000 automatically randomized, physically isolated cell or embryo culture wells, with expectancy-matched controls, automated blind imaging, replicated in independent laboratories, over 12–18 months. Alternatively, compare explicit selection model predictions in about 100 automated RNA evolution lineages over 6–12 months; neither experiment can exclude a consciousness defined as omnipresent and unmeasurable, nor can a positive intention result prove that all evolution is driven by consciousness.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
'Consciousness always precedes form' is a strong causal assertion, but there is no independent measure of consciousness; if molecular selection itself is called consciousness, it becomes indistinguishable from conventional evolutionary models.
Note
'Contradicted' mainly applies to the description of evolutionary theory: evolution does not require a designer, nor does it exclude conscious animals influencing selection through behavior; the origin of life is a related but independent issue, and the universal priority of nonphysical consciousness itself still lacks direct testing.
