Research Program / Claims / dream-state-9

The dream state is an 'outward' region that can partially escape the spatiotemporal elements of its own system, and is also an out-of-body channel of consciousness through which one can enter other reality realms.

梦境状态是“外向”区域,可部分摆脱自身系统的时空要素,同时是意识的出体通道,可由此进入其他实相领域。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Restrict the testable prediction to 'out-of-body experiences in dreams can acquire information inaccessible to the senses': multi-center recruitment of about 200 frequent lucid dreamers or out-of-body experiencers, each up to 10 experimental nights, aiming for about 1000 predefined valid trials, over 18–24 months. After eye-movement marking of experience onset, an isolation device randomly presents a four-alternative target; reports are locked before unblinding, target management, sleep scoring, and rating are mutually blinded, with checks for audio, visual, electromagnetic, and personnel leaks, and an independent team replicates. Even if successful, it would only demonstrate anomalous information acquisition, not independently prove 'other realities'.

Hidden-Target Identification During REM Sleep With Altered Self-Location: A Pre-registered Multicenter Study
What it would overturn
If hidden targets are consistently identified after excluding known information channels, it would challenge the assumption that external information acquisition during sleep requires sensory input or existing memory.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
Different spatiotemporal experiences in dreams do not equal physical escape from space-time; without destination, information channel, or measurable spatiotemporal deviation, the original text produces no unique prediction.
Note
The core cross-reality channel is not directly validated; experiments that induce out-of-body sensations are neither evidence of actual departure nor can they logically exclude all out-of-body interpretations.
