Adjudicating experiment
First restrict to adult development rather than species evolution: an accelerated longitudinal cohort with about 1,500 people over 5 years, covering multiple age groups and cultures, measuring metacognitive calibration, emotional acceptance, goal conflict integration, and executive control annually; nested within it, a 12-month randomized training trial with about 300 people. Test whether there is integrated growth that is cross-task, cross-cultural, and independent of education and health changes. If the claim refers to future evolution of all humanity, a time frame and population-level falsifiable trends must also be specified; a five-year trial cannot adjudicate that.
