Imagination belongs to the mind rather than the brain; no physical tool can force imagination to produce original concepts or ideas.

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Addressing Question 4: Approximately 120 participants take part in a randomized, blinded, crossover TMS experiment targeting individually localized left angular gyrus or cortical nodes connected to the hippocampus, comparing continuous theta-burst stimulation, intermittent theta-burst stimulation, and matched sham stimulation; three sessions are spaced at least 1 week apart. Tests include alternative uses and novel concept combination tasks; primary outcome is blinded novelty ratings, secondary outcome is number of valid responses reaching a predetermined novelty threshold, controlling for overall fluency, language, and attention. TMS-EEG or fMRI verifies actual network effects; overall duration 6–9 months. It cannot be presupposed that the two stimulation types necessarily inhibit and excite, respectively, in all individuals and higher-order cortex.
Suggested paper title
Causal Modulation of Original Idea Generation by Network-Targeted Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation
What it would overturn
If it can be shown that original concept generation is entirely independent of brain function, it would overturn the neuroscience hypothesis that "creative thinking depends on causal contributions of brain networks."

Specificity of Seth's formulation
If "belongs to the mind rather than the brain" means independent of brain activity, it conflicts with causal intervention evidence; if the brain is still allowed as a necessary interface, TMS results alone cannot adjudicate this ontological interpretation.
Note
"Contradicted" is limited to the empirical interpretation of brain independence; "no instrument can force a specified original concept to emerge" has not yet been directly falsified, and increasing or decreasing originality is not equivalent to forcing generation of a specific thought.
