Adjudicating experiment
If 'elements are only camouflage' yields exactly the same observations as existing physics, no experiment can adjudicate; concrete deviations must first be provided, e.g., specifying how much transition frequencies change with observational conditions. Conditional protocol: two laboratories conduct blinded measurements of atomic frequency standards, pre-registering on the order of 10^4 paired measurement blocks, controlling temperature, electromagnetic fields, and instrumental drift, over 6–12 months; test for specified effects rather than a broad search for anomalies.
