Every thought has a precise electromagnetic effect and, by virtue of the nature of its electromagnetic identity, brings about specific results.

任何思想都有精确的电磁效应,并因其电磁身份的性质而引发特定结果。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
First, define "precise electromagnetic identity" as a thought-content code that is reproducible across dates and situations. Recruit approximately 180 participants, including trained individuals and experience-matched controls, and conduct 8 weeks of intuition training or an active control, with two test sessions before and after; simultaneously record EEG, ECG, respiration, and skin conductance, and collect blood samples at fixed circadian time points at baseline and at 20, 60, and 120 minutes after tasks, measuring cortisol and pre-registered inflammatory markers. Use cross-day held-out data to test content decoding and physiological associations, controlling for arousal, movement, respiration, and expectancy. This phase can only identify associations; if reproducible electric-field patterns are found, then conduct independent electric-field perturbation experiments with measured field strength, sham stimulation, and dose matching to test pre-specified cellular endpoints, thereby enabling testing of the electromagnetic causal mechanism.

What it would overturn
If thought-specific electric fields are found to determine cellular changes after excluding known neuroendocrine and other pathways, this would revise the hypothesis that "peripheral cellular effects of these psychological activities can be explained by known physiological transduction pathways."

Specificity of Seth's formulation
The terms "any," "precise," and "specific results" appear strong, yet no field strength, spectrum, spatial distribution, or result mapping is provided; until these parameters are supplied, it cannot be distinguished from ordinary neuroelectric activity hypotheses.
Note
This review grades according to the core incremental claim of the original statement; untested indicates that no direct test was found this time, without claiming exhaustive coverage of the literature; the listed studies have verified publication or indexing records, and sample sizes are planned magnitudes; formal studies must perform power simulation; hormone concentration changes do not equal molecular structure changes; the above design covers supplementary question 3.
