Research Program / Claims / perception-2
Between the perceiver and the perceived event there exists a field with both electromagnetic structure and a chemical basis, causing the two to mutually change one another.
感知者与被感知事件之间存在一个兼具电磁结构和化学基础的场域,使双方相互改变。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Implemented in two parts, approximately 18 months: ① 120 participants, each with two EEG or MEG recordings; objects, masked objects, and blanks are presented randomly; pre-registered responses 50–500 ms after stimulus and cross-session decoding are assessed; optical, electromagnetic, and mechanical indicators at the object end are recorded synchronously to test whether object changes beyond ordinary illumination and action feedback exist; ② 120 participants complete a four-condition randomized crossover experiment: mental time practice or matched relaxation, under either real shielding or sham shielding environments; experience depth, HRV, respiration, and EEG are recorded; radiofrequency, electric field, and low-frequency magnetic field attenuation are separately calibrated, and compensating coils are used to manipulate the static magnetic field; a pendulum task records hand EMG and movement simultaneously.
Suggested paper title
Neural Responses and Autonomic Effects of Guided Imagery Under Calibrated Electromagnetic Shielding
What it would overturn
If manipulable bidirectional coupling remains after excluding known channels, it would modify the assumption that object–observer interactions in perception are explained by known sensory transduction and behavioral feedback.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
The 'electromagnetic structure and chemical basis' offers candidate intervention directions, but lacks field strength, frequency spectrum, chemical medium, propagation speed, and distance functions, and thus cannot yet be distinguished from ordinary sensory physiology.
Note
Post-stimulus neural changes in Item 2 already have a research foundation; for the specific shielding practice in Item 3 no direct experiment was found; moreover, a Faraday cage cannot automatically eliminate static magnetic fields, HRV requires controlling respiration, and pendulum motion must exclude muscle drive; for a related team, see [laboratory introduction](https://neuroscience.caltech.edu/people/shinsuke-shin-shimojo).
