Adjudicating experiment
First, detectable markers and identity criteria must be provided for units of consciousness, otherwise simultaneous multiple presence cannot be adjudicated. A weaker proxy test is that approximately 100 skilled participants each complete 200 trials of synchronous four-choice target identification at two distant sites, with independent randomization, strict timing, blinded recording, and pre-registered joint hit rate, over 12 months; even if successful, it would only indicate anomalous information access, not that the same unit of consciousness is in two places or did not pass through space.

What it would overturn

Specificity of Seth's formulation
'Multiple places simultaneously' and 'not passing through space' are superficially specific, but without unit identification methods, spatiotemporal resolution, or information reading rules, they cannot be distinguished from imagination, attentional allocation, or self-location illusions.

Electron orbits are a quantum state concept, not classical planetary orbits; the cited artificial atom experiment cannot be generalized to spatial trajectory conclusions for all electron transitions, so the quantum analogy can neither confirm units of consciousness nor be used to claim that it has been directly falsified.
