Supplementary Question 3: three laboratories, each with about 30 pairs of independent culture devices per group per laboratory, at least two cell models, period 18–24 months. Sequentially compare shared medium, independent medium but optically connected, light-blocking, independent gas paths, acoustic-vibration isolation, and calibrated electromagnetic shielding conditions; control for temperature, volatiles, equipment crosstalk, and cross-contamination.
