Physical time differs from clock time, and physical time is defined as the interval between the manifestation of a thought in the physical universe and its replacement by another thought; this division is an artificial convenient framework.

物理时间与时钟时间不同,且物理时间被定义为想法在物理宇宙中显现与其被另一想法取代之间的时间间隔,该划分是人为设定的方便框架。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Approximately 180 participants watch videos of equal objective length but different densities of event boundaries, and complete thought-switching tasks triggered by random prompts; probe reports estimate thought transitions, and duration estimates, passage-of-time judgments, and event boundaries are recorded. About 60 participants additionally undergo fMRI. Each person is tested 3 times over a 6-month period; pre-registered comparisons include objective duration, number of boundaries, attention, and memory models. Only after an independent detection criterion for 'thought manifestation' is provided can the original definition be further tested, avoiding the circularity of inferring thought boundaries from time experience itself.
Suggested paper title
Thought Transitions and Event Boundaries as Predictors of Subjective Duration
What it would overturn
Only if it is demonstrated that the physical duration of external processes is determined by thought replacement would the hypothesis that 'physical time intervals can be defined and measured independently of an observer's mental segmentation' be overturned.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
Compared to 'time is an illusion,' this adds thought replacement as a candidate boundary, but 'manifestation' lacks an independent criterion, and defining time via 'time intervals' is circular; no quantitative advantage is yet provided.
Note
As a definitional convention, it cannot be experimentally adjudicated true or false; if it claims that thought replacement causes changes in objective time, additional causal predictions are needed. Results showing that event segmentation affects subjective duration are insufficient to support such extrapolation.
