This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Approximately 240 participants complete a cross-design of high/low physical similarity × high/low owner-experience similarity, with both similarities pre-rated by an independent sample; each person completes about 32 trials over about 4 months. Presentation modes include direct contact and sealed containers with identical appearance; record a four-alternative confusion matrix; use multinomial processing trees or signal detection models to distinguish target information, source memory, and guessing bias. Focus on testing whether similar objects still produce pre-specified directional errors after physical cues are masked.
Suggested paper title
Object Similarity and Source Confusion in Blinded Report-to-Target Matching
What it would overturn
Visible similarity causing confusion is consistent with memory theory; only if imperceptible target relationships still systematically determine error direction would this challenge the explanation that source confusion depends on available representational similarity.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
There is no distinction among visual similarity, material similarity, and experiential similarity, nor a prediction of misattribution direction; therefore, it cannot currently differentiate ordinary confusion from presumed anomalous information confusion.
Note
Ordinary source confusion has been studied; this 'untested' entry refers to the attribution confusion mechanism specific to psychometry, not the general proposition that similarity affects cognition.
