Rob practiced imagining the backs of objects, and Seth said he did well and should practice often.

罗通过想象物体背面的练习,赛斯表示做得很好应经常练习。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Approximately 240 adults are randomly assigned to three groups: object-back imagination, standard mental rotation training, and an active control matched for time/expectation; 15 minutes daily, five days per week, for six weeks, with a three-month follow-up, project duration about 12 months. Blind assessment of new object viewpoint transformation, mental rotation, and transfer tasks. Distinguish backs inferable from visible structure from entirely independent, randomly generated backs never shown; the latter is additionally tested by forced-choice accuracy, with scoring and chance level pre-specified.
Suggested paper title
Imagining Occluded Object Surfaces as Spatial Training: A Preregistered Randomized Trial of Transfer and Retention
What it would overturn
Ordinary training benefits would not overturn existing theories; only accurate acquisition of uninferable random back content would challenge the assumption that visual imagery can only reorganize existing information and cannot provide unknown external information.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
'Did well, should practice often' lacks accuracy, dosage, or expected benefit, and is less specific than existing training studies; it cannot add a prediction that the individual can see unknown backs to the original text.
Note
General spatial training has support, but this case evaluation and specific exercise effects have not been directly verified; purely encouraging remarks are not scientific propositions that can be judged true or false.
