The complete assertion that consciousness precedes form has no publicly agreed operational test. A weaker remote intentional intervention experiment can be conducted first: approximately 600 independent sealed reactors, randomly assigned to specified intention or sham intervention, with chemical conditions, automated sampling, and analysis fully blinded; pre-register precursor yield, vesicle formation, or replication efficiency; across three laboratories, 12–24 months. Specificity of Seth's formulation
'Consciousness always creates form' is a strong ontological statement, but it does not indicate observational outcomes different from chemical self-organization models; if reactants themselves are also considered conscious, any chemical result can be reinterpreted as support.
