Telepathy is an intrinsic property of all cells, a means of communication for the simplest biological structures, and is divided into basic and advanced levels.

First select a unicellular model. Use double culture chambers that are independently sealed and have separate air circuits. Randomly compare conditions of quartz transparency, cut-off wavelength filtering, complete light shielding, and electromagnetic shielding, and measure transmittance across frequency bands. Do not assume a barrier that excludes all other transmission while allowing all electromagnetic waves. The sender chamber receives randomly encoded stimuli; the receiver chamber records growth, membrane potential, or calcium activity, while simultaneously measuring ultraweak photon emission, temperature, vibration, and electromagnetic fields. Approximately 30–50 independent culture batches per condition per center, with at least three centers, over 18–24 months. Batches, rather than individual cells, serve as the primary independent replicates. Blinded tests examine whether receiver responses can decode the stimulus sequence. Then, use a same-intensity artificial light source to verify sufficiency and perform occlusion rescue. After success, extend to plants and other species.

Testing Ultraweak Photon-Mediated Information Transfer Between Chemically Isolated Cell Cultures

If a light-mediated effect is confirmed, it will revise the hypothesis that the culture system, after excluding chemical exchange and contact, can be considered an independent experimental unit, but it would not overturn mainstream biophysics that permits electromagnetic communication.

'Intrinsic to all cells' is a strong universal claim, but the basic and advanced levels lack operational definitions. If rewritten as cellular electrical or optical signals, the original meaning of being unconstrained by matter is changed.

Physiological synchronization may arise from shared temperature, volatile compounds, lighting, or equipment crosstalk, and cannot alone prove communication. The existence of ultraweak photon emission does not imply it has an effective signaling function, nor that all cells possess such a function.
