This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Approximately 300 participants would complete experience sampling six times daily for 14 consecutive days, recording their sense of time passage, emotions, interoception, and activities, alongside two laboratory sessions involving temporal bisection and reproduction tasks. Use hierarchical models to separate individual differences, contextual effects, and test–retest reliability. The project would take approximately six months. This can test the contribution of personal experience to temporal judgments; if “having no meaning without experience” is a semantic or ontological proposition, there is no direct experimental means of adjudicating it.

Within- and Between-Person Contributions to Subjective Time Across Everyday Contexts
What it would overturn
Individual differences in subjective time would not overturn current theories; only evidence that objective time necessarily depends on personal experience would revise the assumption that physical time intervals can be defined and measured without consciousness.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
Individualized temporal experience is already a well-defined research topic. The statement provides no additional mechanism or effect size, and extending it to an ontological dependence of time on experience yields no distinguishable predictions.
Note
The status applies to the full ontological assertion. The psychological subproposition that “temporal experience is highly individualized” may be classified as “supported,” but this partial support cannot be extended to establish the entire statement.
