Corresponding to supplementary question 2: approximately 300 participants complete threshold visual detection and face matching tasks before and after emotion induction, using a within-subject randomized crossover design, project duration 6 months; stimuli are calibrated by photoelectric probes with fixed physical parameters, including no-signal trials, forced choice, and confidence reports, estimating sensitivity d′, response criterion c, and metacognitive efficiency separately. 'Conditions are constantly changing' is compatible with usual physics but too broad; 'only as test board' adds teleological interpretation without adding clear distinguishable observational predictions.

Increased detection rates may simply reflect a greater willingness to say 'seen,' so hit rates alone cannot represent perceptual sensitivity, nor can they represent changes in external reality.
