Conscience rises together with the appearance of artificial guilt, and both depend on the 'moment of reflection.'

良心与人工罪恶感的出现一同升起,且两者都依赖“反省的一刻”。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Establish a cohort of approximately 600 children aged 18-24 months, measured every 6 months and followed to age 6, over a 5-year period. Measure unsupervised rule compliance, compensatory behavior under actual responsibility, excessive self-blame without responsibility, and non-verbal self-recognition and reflective ability separately; use independent indicators and latent change-point models to test timing. Embed randomized experiments with brief reflection prompts to distinguish reflection promoting expression from reflection being a necessary condition. Do not conclude that children lack reflection simply because they cannot verbally explain.
Suggested paper title
Developmental Ordering of Reflective Self-Evaluation, Conscience, and Excessive Guilt
What it would overturn
If a common and necessary developmental onset is demonstrated, it will revise the multi-component model that 'behavioral, emotional, and reflective components of conscience can develop asynchronously.'

Specificity of Seth's formulation
'Rise together' and 'both depend on' are stronger than mere correlation and can generate predictions about sequencing and necessary conditions; however, it must be specified whether it refers to ontogeny or phylogeny, the latter not being adjudicable by a child cohort.
Note
Supplementary question 4 already has adjacent literature: the social anhedonia review mentions findings related to pathological guilt in some clinical samples, but does not establish an artificial guilt association; an additional approximately 1000 people could be recruited to continuously measure anhedonia, guilt attribution, and memory bias, with a 6-month follow-up, controlling for depression, shame, psychotic symptoms, and medication.
