Research Program / Claims / telepathy-9

Practicing the first inner sense (inner vibrational touch) can perceive objects and the environment; a pendulum can confirm telepathy.

练习第一内在感官(内在振动触觉)可感知物体与环境;用摆锤可确认心电感应。

This program treats the Seth Material as a source of hypotheses, not as doctrine to be validated. Lead dossiers are AI-compiled from the corpus with a book-and-session citation after every statement; literature reviews are AI web-search summaries whose references were all DOI-verified against Crossref; the agenda draft is an AI synthesis. None of it is Seth's original text, and none of it represents scientific consensus. English fields are machine-translated; the Chinese text is authoritative.

Adjudicating experiment
Approximately 360 participants randomly receive 8 weeks of so-called inner-tactile training, expectancy-matched sham training, or relaxation training over 9–12 months; 120 trials before and after, using pendulum and button responses in a crossover design. They are tested separately with material previously contacted by the participant, hidden targets never contacted by the participant but observed by someone, and targets not observed by anyone. Finger movements, EMG, and pendulum trajectories are recorded, ruling out visual, tactile, auditory, olfactory, and thermal cues; the primary outcome is unknown-target accuracy and training gain, with pendulum swing and confidence ratings as secondary measures.
Suggested paper title
Ideomotor Responses, Expectancy, and Hidden-Target Accuracy Following Subjective Sensory Training
What it would overturn
If the pendulum reliably expresses previously unavailable target information, the hypothesis that 'the information source of ideomotor responses is limited to the operator's prior knowledge, sensory input, and inference' would be revised.

Specificity of Seth's formulation
It provides training and output tools but does not define perceptual distance, object attributes, accuracy rate, or training curves; these parameters must be supplemented to distinguish from expectancy and ideomotor effects.
Note
The precise training-plus-remote-detection protocol has not been directly tested; 'pendulum can confirm telepathy' is invalid as a verification logic because the same person's pendulum response is not independent evidence.
