约120人参加获批的裸盖菇素与主动安慰剂随机试验，测EDI、身体所有权、能动感及自我识别。另将“直接操控”限定为预先指定的隔离物理系统输出变化，采用自动记录、盲分析、屏蔽运动及电磁干扰，并设置无人条件；按参与者而非海量设备读数确定有效样本。周期12—18个月，阳性结果须独立多中心重复。
