裁决实验
跨世纪历史部分：约200名练习者及200名匹配对照，对第三方保管、未公开且无法靠常识推断的历史档案细节进行四选一判断，每人100试次；档案管理员、执行者及评分者隔离，目标匹配难度，预注册泄漏审计。另设报告提交后才随机生成目标的未来条件。项目18—24个月并独立复现；这只能检验异常信息获取，不能证明“脱离时间”，也无法短期直接检验未来几个世纪。

“不同世纪”比一般心理时间旅行更强，但没有目标选择、正确率或可复现条件；不能用想象历史场景的生动性替代事实准确性。
备注
原断言的跨世纪即时感知未获直接验证；较弱的短期预知研究属于contested，负复现约束特定范式，也不能逻辑上排除所有未来范式。
